There are several treadmill DVD workouts on the market from famous trainers like Leslie Sansone and Denise Austin. These focus mainly on walking and there's a wide variety for you to choose from.

Obviously you have to have your treadmill set up in front of a TV with a DVD player for this option. However these videos are very popular and can be a lot of fun to try.
